We recently had the pleasure of working with Richard Watson regarding the sale of our home...in Ellicott City. Before choosing Richard, and signing a listing agreement, we interviewed five different realtors. His initial presentation to us was very thorough and indicated that he not only had done his homework regarding market value, but also included an extensive marketing plan.
